Jurisdiction; Governing Law; Venue. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any action commenced by Exhibitor arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or arising out of or relating to the exhibition, shall be brought solely in the courts of Georgia unless the GECC consents to another forum. Exhibitor consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia for the resolution of any action relating to this Agreement, arising out of, or relating to the exposition. Attorneys’ Fees Exhibitor agrees to pay any and all attorney’s fees incurred to enforce the terms of this agreement.
