Common use of Judicial Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Judicial Enforcement. If the Court enters the Final Approval Order, then the Court shall have continuing authority and jurisdiction to enforce this Agreement. The Parties shall have the authority to seek enforcement of this Agreement and any of its aspects, terms, or provisions under any appropriate mechanism, including contempt proceedings. The Parties will confer in good faith prior to seeking judicial enforcement of this Agreement.
