Judgments and Orders. A judgment or order shall be entered against the Borrower or any Subsidiary by any court, and (i) in the case of a judgment or order for the payment of money, either (A) such judgment or order shall continue undischarged and unstayed for a period of 20 days in which the aggregate amount of all such judgments and orders exceeds $200,000 or (B) enforcement proceedings shall have been commenced upon such judgment or order and (ii) in the case of any judgment or order for other than the payment of money, such judgment or order could, in the reasonable judgment of the Required Banks, together with all other such judgments or orders, have a significant possibility of having a Materially Adverse Effect on the Borrower;
