Common use of Judgment and Attachments Clause in Contracts

Judgment and Attachments. Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment, or similar process (other than those described elsewhere in this subsection 6.1) involving (1) an amount in any individual case in excess of $1,000,000 (or the equivalent thereof in another currency) or (2) an amount in the aggregate at any time in excess of $2,000,000 (or the equivalent thereof in another currency) (in either case to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which the insurance company has acknowledged coverage) is entered or filed against Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries or any of their respective assets and remains undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of thirty (30) days or in any event later than five (5) Business Days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder; or

Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment, attachment or similar process (other than those described elsewhere in this subsection 6.1Subsection 6.1(H)) involving (1) an amount in any individual case in excess of $1,000,000 (or the equivalent thereof in another currency) or (2) an amount in the aggregate for or against Borrower, its Subsidiaries and/or any Guarantor at any time in excess of $2,000,000 (or the equivalent thereof in another currency) 500,000 (in either case to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which the insurance company has acknowledged coverage) is entered or filed against Borrower or Borrower, any of its Restricted Subsidiaries or any Guarantor or any of their respective assets and remains undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of thirty sixty (3060) days or in any event later than five (5) Business Days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder; or
