Joint Surety. The joint and several debtor(s) and joint guarantors, the full names, trade names and addresses of which are provided herein ilişkin hükümlerinde yer alan hususlara ilaveten, bu maddede sayılan hususların da tamamından sorumlu olacaklarını kabul etmektedir(ler).
Joint Surety. 1. In the event the Lessee has a joint surety, such joint surety shall be responsible for performing the Lessee’s obligations against the Lessor under this Agreement (including any renewal or change hereof) jointly and severally with the Lessee.
Joint Surety. The provisions of Article 28 of this Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety.

In the event that the tenant has a guarantor (referred to below as “Guarantor”), the Guarantor shall be jointly and severally responsible for the fulfillment of any debts accrued by the tenant under this agreement (including updates or changes to the Agreement) or under any associated agreements.
Joint Surety a physical person which undertakes a joint and several guarantee to the Bank for all monetary obligations under the Agreement and which may provide a joint and several guarantee to the Bank for the performance of the obligations of the Client and/or Co-borrower and/or other joint surety, and for non- monetary obligations agreed in the name of the joint surety.
