JOINT MEMBERSHIP. Persons who qualify to be Members may hold a joint membership in the Cooperative (“Joint Membership”). A Joint Membership may consist only of individuals Occupying the same Location to or for which the Cooperative Provides or will Provide a Cooperative Service, each of whom qualifies to be a Member.

JOINT MEMBERSHIP. Under this agreement, the parties agree to encourage and promote the benefits of joint membership to their prospective members. Also, the parties will not actively discourage prospective members from joining any of the other organisations party to this agreement. The parties however, may continue to market membership of their organisation alone, independently of this agreement. Each of the organisations, party to the agreement, agrees not to market memberships in a manner deliberately detrimental to the other organisations party to this agreement.
JOINT MEMBERSHIP. The terms of this Online Access Agreement extend to all signers on the account subject to access under this agreement. JOINT MEMBERSHIP. A married couple or partners in a civil union may acquire a joint membership at no additional cost provided that both spouses execute this Agreement. Each spouse will be jointly and severally liable for all fees, Charges, Billed Charges and other liabilities associated with the joint membership. In the event of the legal dissolution of the marriage or civil union of Member and his/her spouse, the membership, including all of its rights, benefits and obligations, will vest in the spouse who is awarded the membership under a divorce decree or other agreement of the spouses. Until the membership is finally awarded to one of the spouses, both spouses will remain jointly and severally liable for all fees, Charges, Billed Charges and other liabilities under this Agreement and both spouses may continue to use the membership provided the member, his/her spouse and the membership are in good standing with the Resort and are complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
JOINT MEMBERSHIP. Those members of the Teton Village Fire District who are certified at the Basic Emergency Care (BEC) Technician level or higher, and provide first response to medical emergencies within the District boundaries, shall hold membership to Xxxxxxx Hole Fire/EMS for the purpose of emergency medical response. Those District members who provide medical aid at the BEC level or higher shall adhere to the Medical Protocols of Xxxxxxx Hole Fire/EMS and be subject to oversight by the Xxxxxxx Hole Fire/EMS Medical Director.
