Common use of Joint holders Clause in Contracts

Joint holders. In the case of Scheme Securities held in joint names: (a) any cheque required to be sent under this Scheme and the Trust Scheme will be made payable to the joint holders and sent to the holder whose name appears first in the Security Register as at the Record Date; and (b) any other document required to be sent under this Scheme and the Trust Scheme will be forwarded to the holder whose name appears first in the Security Register as at the Record Date.

Joint holders. In the case of Scheme Securities Shares held in joint names: (a) any cheque required to be sent under this Scheme and the Trust Scheme will be made payable to the joint holders and sent to the holder whose name appears first in the Security Share Register as at the Record Date; and (b) any other document required to be sent under this Scheme and the Trust Scheme will be forwarded to the holder whose name appears first in the Security Share Register as at the Record Date.

Joint holders. In the case of Scheme Securities Shares held in joint names: (a) any cheque required referred to be sent under this Scheme and the Trust Scheme in clause 6.2 will be made payable to the joint holders and sent to the holder whose name appears first in the Security Register as at the Record Dateholders; and (b) any cheque or other document required to be sent under this to the Scheme and Participant in connection with the Trust Scheme will be forwarded to the holder whose name appears first in the Security Register as at the Record Date.

In the case of Scheme Securities Shares held in joint names: (a) any cheque required to be sent under this Share Scheme and the Trust Scheme Consideration will be made payable issued to and registered in the names of the joint holders and sent to the holder whose name appears first in the Security Register as at the Record Date; andholders; (b) any other document required to be sent under this holding statements or notices confirming the issue of the Share Scheme and the Trust Scheme Consideration will be forwarded to the holder whose name appears first in the Security Share Register as at the Record Date; and (c) any amount to be paid to Share Scheme Participants will be payable to the joint holders.
