Joint Health & Safety Committee. (a) The City shall maintain a Joint Health and Safety Committee consisting of not more than twelve (12) members in pursuance of regulations made pursuant to the provisions of the Workers Compensation Act.

Joint Health & Safety Committee a. A joint health and safety committee shall be established which is composed of a minimum of two (2) Union members chosen by the Union. At no time shall the number of Employer members be allowed to outnumber the amount of Union members and vice versa.
