Joint Deliverables Clause Samples
The Joint Deliverables clause defines the responsibilities and expectations for work products or outcomes that are to be created collaboratively by both parties to an agreement. It typically outlines how the parties will jointly contribute to, review, and approve these deliverables, and may specify timelines, quality standards, or processes for resolving disagreements. This clause ensures that both parties are aligned on their shared obligations and helps prevent disputes by clarifying ownership, accountability, and the process for completing joint work.
