Common use of Joint Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Committee. 1. For the purpose of proper implementation of the present Agreement and to handle the issues related to it a Joint Committee shall be set up from the representatives of the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties.

Joint Committee. 1. For the purpose A Joint Committee composed of proper implementation representatives of the present Agreement Parties shall be responsible for the management, proper application and to handle monitoring of this Agreement. To those ends, it shall issue recommendations where applicable and take decisions in the issues related to it a circumstances provided for in this Agreement. The decision of the Joint Committee shall be set up from enter into force after the representatives of the competent authorities of the Contracting Partiesrespective internal procedures have been completed. The Joint Committee shall reach its decisions by mutual agreement.

The implementation of this Agreement shall be supervised and administered by the Joint Committee. 3. For the purpose of the proper implementation of this Agreement, the present Agreement and to handle Parties shall exchange information and, at the issues related to it request of a Party, shall hold consultations within the Joint Committee. The Joint Committee shall be set up from keep under review the representatives possibility of further removal of the competent authorities of obstacles to trade between the Contracting Parties. 4. The Joint Committee may take decisions in the cases provided for in this Agreement. On other matters the Joint Committee may make recommendations.
