Common use of Joinder Agreements Clause in Contracts

Joinder Agreements. Parent shall have received duly and validly executed Joinder Agreements from Stockholders holding of 92.5% of the shares of outstanding Company capital stock and such agreements shall be in full force and effect as of the Effective Time.

Joinder Agreements. Parent shall have received a duly and validly executed Joinder Agreements Agreement from the Company Stockholders holding constituting the holders of 92.5not less than 93% of the shares of Company Capital Stock outstanding Company capital stock and such agreements shall be in full force and effect as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Joinder Agreements.
