JOBSITE CONDITIONS. 30.01 Employees shall be entitled to exclusive use of clean and heated facilities for the eating of lunches, the hanging and drying of clothes and the safe storage and lock-up of personal tools. The rallying point of the job shall be located not higher than the first half of the total height of the building. On jobs of insufficient size or duration to war- rant the foregoing conditions this clause shall not apply. Where the Employer claims "insufficient size or duration" and a disagreement arises, the resultant dis- agreement shall be adjudicated by a called meeting of the Joint Roofing Adjustment Board.

JOBSITE CONDITIONS. The Employer shall insure that on all job sites, safe, cooled drinking water is provided at all times, and that supplies to clean and wipe hands in a sanitary manner are provided.

JOBSITE CONDITIONS a. The building should be closed in with outside windows and doors in place. All concrete, masonry, sheetrock and framing members, etc. should be thoroughly dry before flooring is delivered to the job site. In warm months the building must be well ventilated; during winter months heating should be maintained near occupancy levels at least five days before the flooring is delivered and until sanding and finishing are complete. From the time flooring is delivered and until occupancy, temperature and humidity should be maintained by owner/contractor at or near occupancy levels. Humidity level of 40- 45% and temperature 70-75 degree.
JOBSITE CONDITIONS. Many hardwood and laminate floors must be stored in the areas to be installed prior to installation to allow for acclimation. Temperature and humidity must be maintained within the manufacturer’s specifications during acclimation, installation, and after installation. Failure to maintain proper temperature and humidity may cause permanent damage to flooring. Customer shall be responsible for damage to flooring caused by Customer’s failure to maintain proper temperature and humidity for the flooring within the manufacturer’s specifications during acclimation, installation, and after installation.
JOBSITE CONDITIONS. All contractors must verify existing job conditions prior to bid.

JOBSITE CONDITIONS. If the conditions encountered at the Jobsite are (a) conditions materially different from those indicated in the Contract Documents; or (b) unusual or unknown conditions materially different from those ordinarily encountered or generally recognized as inherent in the Work provided for in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall stop Work in the affected area and give prompt notice of the condition to the Owner. The Contractor shall not be required to perform any Work relating to the unknown condition without the written mutual agreement of the Parties. Any change in the Contract Price or Contract Schedule shall be determined as outlined in the section herein titled Changes.
JOBSITE CONDITIONS. Seller warrants that Seller and its employees are familiar with the Work, the Jobsite and its environs, the availability of and access to medical and emergency services, and physical and other conditions, including without limitation: hazardous substances, materials, agents or vapors, both surface and subsurface, which may exist at the Jobsite and the previous use of the Jobsite and all other matters in connection with or relevant to the safe, proper and efficient conduct of the Work to be performed under this Order. Seller further warrants that allowances have been made including but not limited to the appropriate qualifications of Seller's personnel and any and all such conditions and contingencies in its pricing.
JOBSITE CONDITIONS. On large jobs, a building or space shall be provided for the assembly of all employees covered by this contract during lunch periods and before and after working hours when such employees are preparing for work or are preparing to leave the job at the close of the day. Heating facilities shall be provided during the cold and inclement weather. The Contractor will make every effort to insure that the necessary sanitary facilities are available to his employees on the job site. If no provisions are available for hand washing, the Contractor agrees to supply hand cleaner and towels on the job site.
