JOB SUMMARY. Prepares charts for drivers and monitors travelling schedules for official assignments; • Drives vehicles on specified assignments according to time schedules, complying with traffic regulations; • Conducts routine checks on vehicles prior to departure for assignments; • Checks vehicle mileage travelled and advises the Transport Officer on maintenance and routine servicing; • Ensures the safety of vehicles in his/her care at all times; • Reports all forms of accidents when, where, and how they occurred; • Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Transport Officer.
