Job Stewards. Job The Employer recognizes the right of the Union to designate stewards and Alternates from the Employer’s seniority list if needed. An Alternate can act only in the absence of a designated ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Job Stewards. Job Stewards shall be recognized on all jobsites and shall not be discriminated against. It will be their duty to attend to all complaints between the workers on the job and the company to endeavour to reach a settlement before these complaints become grievances.
(a) Where in the opinion of the Union, a job ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is deemed necessary; a working journeyman shall be appointed ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ by the Business Manager of the Union or his representative.
