JOB SPECIAL PROVISIONS. The CONSULTANT will complete all Job Special Provisions (JSP) as necessary to supplement the standard specifications. For this project the standard specifications to be adopted shall be the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, current edition.
JOB SPECIAL PROVISIONS. The following special provisions supplement the latest edition of the “St. Louis County Standard Specifications for Highway Construction”, and the latest edition of the “Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices” (MUTCD) in effect on the date of the invitation for bids which apply to and govern the construction of Project #1279 – Transfer Station Scale Replacement. The special provisions shall take precedence and shall govern over all other contract documents whenever in conflict therewith.
JOB SPECIAL PROVISIONS. The following Job Special Provisions (JSP) supplement the latest edition of the standard specification referenced below or referenced within this JSP which apply to and govern the construction of Project # 1364- B – Xxxxxxx Park Playground Improvements. These Job Special Provisions shall take precedence over these standards and shall govern over all other contract documents whenever in conflict therewith, except for regulatory requirements by agencies having jurisdiction which take precedence.
