Job Shares. 1. Employees interested in sharing jobs with a colleague for a one-year basis or a permanent basis will meet jointly with each other and the administrators involved and see if they can work out either a temporary or permanent exchange.
Job Shares. The District will accept proposals from two employees to share one position. The District reserves the right to approve or reject the application. Each employee will be entitled to pay and other benefits in proportion to the employee’s FTE. If one employee discontinues the job share for any reason, the remaining employee will be required to assume the entire position. Once a job share is approved by the District, the ability of the two employees sharing the job to return to their previous FTE employment status is not guaranteed.
Job Shares. 9C.01 The Company and Union recognize that in certain administrative work groups it may be beneficial to the employees and in the best interest of the business for the Company, in its discretion, to approve job share arrangements that allow two (2) regular full time bargained for employees in the same job title and same work group to share one authorized position. Subject to the requirements of service, when management deems such arrangements appropriate, the following will apply:

Job Shares. If the teacher is participating in a job share assignment, such job shares must be approved by the site administrator on an annual basis, subject to final approval and/or review by the District. If one of the job share partners leaves district employment, is released by the District or returns to full-time status, the remaining teacher on job share status shall work with the District to identify a new job share partner. If the District and teacher are unable to find a suitable job share partner, the remaining job share partner may be required by the District to return to his/her full time assignment.
Job Shares. 20.1 Unit members may request to participate in a job sharing plan at grades K to 6 subject to the recommendation of the Principals/supervisors involved, and the sole discretion and approval of the Superintendent.
Job Shares. Each member of the team submitting job-sharing assignment request must meet all the credential and job description requirements for the requested position. If an individual requests a job-sharing assignment, the SLOCOE must be able to employ a suitable replacement in the position being left vacant. The job-sharing assignment request must include a work schedule accompanied by the recommendation of the principal and director. The request must be approved annually. WORK DAY
Job Shares a. The Automated Bid System allows Flight Attendants to work low time. Frontier will offer this option in months when overstaffing occurs.
Job Shares. 4.7.1 Members who are in job share assignments will meet and present shared responsibilities, schedules and calendars for consideration and approval by the site principal.
Job Shares. Any job share requests must be approved by the District and the Union. The Parties recognize and endorse the voluntary arrangements currently in place for Certified Education Assistants who have elected to job share Noon Hour Supervisor positions. Any future requests for job sharing will require the approval of both Parties as noted above.
