JOB SHARERS. 4.1 Where promoted post holders job share, they will normally be transferred together as a partnership.
JOB SHARERS. O-1 All such positions shall be considered full-time. O-2 (a) Job sharers shall be treated as regular part-time nurses for all purposes, with the exception of scheduling arrangements related to regular part-time staff.
JOB SHARERS. The pro-ration of benefits provisions under 22.06 (b) above shall apply to Job Sharers who are regularly scheduled to work on average eighteen and three-quarters (18.75) hours per week (O.5FTE) or more per week. In the case of a job sharer who is regularly scheduled to work on average eighteen and three-quarters (18.75) hours per week (O.5FTE) but less than twenty-one (21) hours per week, the applicable pro-rata percentage shall be fifty (50%) percent. Article 22.06 (a) (Part-time Employees Percentage in lieu of Benefits Payment) shall not apply to Job Sharers who are regularly scheduled to work on average eighteen and three-quarters (18.75) hours per week (O.5FTE) or more per week.
