Common use of Job Openings Clause in Contracts

Job Openings. When full-time, tenure track position openings occur, notices shall be distributed to CEFA and all unit members’ via email and shall be posted on appropriate bulletin boards. Openings shall be announced for a minimum of ten (10) days before the deadline date for contract positions, and whenever possible, shall be announced for a minimum of ten (10) days before the deadline date for other positions. Any unit member who possesses the necessary minimum qualifications may apply and be given consideration for such position.
