Common use of Job Duties Clause in Contracts

Job Duties. I agree to devote my full professional time, attention and best efforts to the performance of my employment duties with Premier and/or its Related Companies (as defined in Section 6.2). I shall perform the duties and responsibilities customary to my position(s) with Premier and/or its Related Companies and as assigned to me from time to time. Effective beginning as of the Effective Date (as defined below), my initial position with Premier shall be as Senior Vice-President People. Premier and I, however, agree that this Agreement is effective only upon the consummation of the Reorganization (the “Effective Date”) and shall be void ab initio and of no force or effect whatsoever unless and until such transactions are consummated.
