Jewelry and watches on hands and arms (except smooth-surface ring / wedding band) are not worn by employees and managers during production and on serving lines. • Jewelry on hands and arms such as rings, bracelets and watches must not be worn by employees and managers who are handling, preparing, cooking and serving food. This does not apply to smooth-surface ring / wedding band. Exception: medical bracelet, where needed for a medical condition. In isolated circumstances, • Where a ring cannot be removed, a barrier such as a finger cot must be placed over the ring.
