J-6. Reconstruction using Pre-Cast PCC Slabs Complete reconstruction of the existing pavement type with a rigid pavement design, using precast PCC slabs. J-7: Reconstruction using Soil-Cement Base Course A process by which the full flexible pavement section consisting of asphalt, base, subbase, and a predetermined portion of the underlying soil subgrade are mixed with cement to increase the soil strength.

  • CATS II TORFP means the Task Order Request for Proposals # P00B2400008, dated MONTH DAY, YEAR, including any addenda.

  • GAC10 means granular activated carbon filter beds with an empty-bed contact time of 10 minutes based on average daily flow and a carbon reactivation frequency of every 180 days, except that the reactivation frequency for GAC10 used as a best available technology for compliance with MCLs under subsection 9.2.1.2 shall be 120 days.

  • GoWB means Government of West Bengal

  • m3 means cubic metre of gas and "10³m³" shall mean 1,000 cubic metres of gas;

  • Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.

  • MARPOL 73/78 means the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, as amended by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto and by any other amendment in force thereafter;

  • SWPPP means storm water pollution prevention plan to be completed as a condition of this permit (see Part IV of this permit).

  • M2M Flowgate means Flowgates where constraints are jointly monitored and coordinated as defined and set forth in Schedule D to this Agreement.

  • Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.09.

  • NI 52-107 means National Instrument 52-107 Acceptable Accounting Principles, Auditing Standards and Reporting Currency;

  • MI 11-102 means Multilateral Instrument 11-102 – Passport System;

  • NZOC means the New Zealand Olympic Committee Incorporated.

  • PM10 means particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to a nominal 10 micrometers as measured by the applicable reference method or an equivalent method.

  • Dynamic driving task means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.05.

  • Solid Waste Management Unit , or “SWMU” means any discernible unit at which solid wastes have been placed at any time, irrespective of whether the unit was intended for the management of solid or hazardous wastes. Such units include any area at a facility at which solid wastes have been routinely or systematically released.

  • KIID means key investor information document;

  • Soft drinks means nonalcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. "Soft drinks" does not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or that contains greater than fifty per cent vegetable or fruit juice by volume.

  • Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.

  • Solid waste management means the purposeful and systematic collection, transportation, storage, processing, recovery, or disposal of solid waste.

  • IADL means "instrumental activities of daily living".

  • MCIP means (i) the joint county industrial park established pursuant to the terms of the MCIP Agreement and (ii) any joint county industrial park created pursuant to a successor park agreement delivered by the County and a partner county in accordance with Section 4-1-170 of the MCIP Act, or any successor provision, with respect to the Project.

  • Snow tyre means a tyre whose tread pattern, tread compound or structure is primarily designed to achieve in snow conditions a performance better than that of a normal tyre with regard to its ability to initiate or maintain vehicle motion."

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Sign face means the entire area of the surface of a sign including the border or frame together with any material forming an integral part of the background of the display or used to differentiate the sign from the backdrop or building against which it is erected. Where a sign is composed of individually installed letters, numerals or shapes, the sign face shall mean the area of the smallest polygon containing a maximum of eight (8) right angle sides that enclose the groupings of letters, numerals or shapes;

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.
