ITINERARIES. Please note, the discussed itineraries are samples, and daily plans may change due to weather, sea conditions, anchorage availability, regulations, or other factors. While e orts will be made to adhere to the schedule, adjustments may occur to accommodate local events or address unforeseen circumstances. Pacific High will only refund the di erence between the agreed tour price and the services provided only if the trip duration is significantly impacted.

ITINERARIES. An itinerary shall be developed for each sport activity/field trip and assigned in conjunction with Appendix C and/or D, no later than forty-eight (48) hours and no sooner than five (5) working days (extended holidays excluded) prior to its departure. All field trips, and sport/activity runs will be marked clearly, with time and date by the Transportation Director or designee as soon as is reasonable, in order of physically receiving itinerary in the Transportation office. A list of students that will be transported shall be furnished to the Driver prior to the sport/field trip departure. This list shall consist of: • Student’s Name, Parent or guardian, and phone number The itinerary shall consist of the date, of departure, destination, time of departure, return time, any stop that is anticipated, ho w long the stop will be, coaches, and numbers of students/chaperons. The name and telephone number of the Driver’s supervisor shall be included in the itinerary for all sport activity/field trip runs. The itinerary shall take into consideration the time taken for the pre-trip and fueling, as well as the time to clean the bus after the sport activity/field trip run. Example: • PRE-TRIP 30 min., FUELING 15 min., STAND-BY 15 min., CLEAN-UP 30 min.
ITINERARIES. The Contractor shall provide Participants and Local Hosts with travel itineraries in a timely fashion and shall coordinate and supply information concerning weather, appropriate dress, and helpful information about the host destination. The Contractor will provide the Center and Local Host organizations with regular updates on departing groups of Participants and any last-minute adjustments in travel times, arrangements and/or cancellations.
