Items Required to be Delivered. In connection with any Subsidiary becoming a Guarantor as provided in the immediately preceding subsection (a), the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent each of the following items, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent: (i) an Accession Agreement executed by such Subsidiary and (ii) the items that would have been delivered under Sections 5.1.(a)(iv) through (viii) and (xiii) if such Subsidiary had been a Loan Party on the Effective Date. Such items shall be delivered to the Agent within 10 days of the date a Person is required to become a Guarantor under the immediately preceding subsection (a) (or in the case of the extension of the Termination Date pursuant to Section 2.9., not later than the effective date of such extension). The Borrower shall send to each Lender copies of each of the foregoing items once the Agent has received all such items with respect to a Subsidiary.
