Items Related to File. 1. The personnel file for each teacher shall consist of a folder to be maintained in the Central Administration Office. This file shall be considered the only official file of recorded information on a teacher. Building administrators are not restricted or prevented from having files on teachers. Upon request, a teacher will be given access to all materials in such a file. If the Administrator thinks a matter should become a matter of official record, he/she may transfer any documentation to the official file.
