Common use of IT REMEDY Clause in Contracts

IT REMEDY. If IT Goods or IT Services do not comply with the IT Warranty, or if any defect or non-conformance develops during the IT Warranty Period, Contractor, at Purchaser’s election, promptly will: (a) remedy the defect by removing, repairing, correcting or replacing, and/or reinstalling any defective IT Goods; (b) re-perform or correct the non-conforming IT Services at no additional cost to Purchaser; or (c) refund the amounts paid for IT Services and IT Goods.
