IT IS AGREED. 1. The Purchaser agrees that it will on and from the completion of the Contract abide by the terms of the Lease on the part of the Landlord to be performed, fulfilled or observed on or after the date of completion of the Contract including, without limitation, will observe the provisions where any option to renew or purchase or rent free period or rent reduction period is given to the Tenant.
