Common use of Issuing Bank Consent Clause in Contracts

Issuing Bank Consent. No amendment, waiver or consent shall, unless in writing and signed by the Issuing Bank in addition to the Lenders otherwise required under this Section 12.4, affect the rights or duties of the Issuing Bank hereunder, any other Loan Document or any Letter of Credit Document relating to any Letter of Credit issued or to be issued by it.
