Issued for Construction Documents. The “Issued for Construction Documents” shall consist of all drawings (1/8” scale) and specifications necessary to construct all Premises improvements including, without limitation, architectural and structural working drawings and specifications and Mechanical and Electrical Working Drawings and Specifications and all applicable governmental authorities plan check corrections.
Issued for Construction Documents. The Technical Proposal and Price Proposal, except that Design-Builder shall comply with all statements, offers, and terms that can reasonably be interpreted as offers to provide higher quality items than otherwise required by the Contract Documents or to perform services in addition to those otherwise required, or otherwise contains terms that are more advantageous to VPRA than the requirements of the Contract Documents, as determined by VPRA; and
Issued for Construction Documents. The Issued for Construction Documents shall consist of all drawings (1/8" scale) and specifications necessary to construct all Tenant Work in form and detail sufficient to secure all required governmental approvals and to demonstrate conformity with the Landlord's standards and quality. ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Architect and C-2 <PAGE> Tenant's Engineers are responsible for having all mechanical, electrical, life safety and Tenant Work required structural drawings complete.
Issued for Construction Documents. Documents denominated by A/E as “Issued for Construction”, that are coordinated with the final construction documents prepared by Owner’s Other Consultants, and that set forth in detail the Work to be performed on the Project.
Issued for Construction Documents. As between the Parties, Owners shall be responsible for providing Issued for Construction Documents to Contractor and (as applicable) Contractor-Managed Subcontractors, and for ensuring that such Issued for Construction Documents contain the necessary amount of information to allow Contractor to perform the Work with respect to such Issued for Construction Documents in accordance with this Agreement and to allow the Contractor-Managed Subcontractors to perform their work with respect to such Issued for Construction Documents in accordance with their subcontracts.
Issued for Construction Documents. The consultant shall supply IFC documents to be used by the contractor to construct the project. The IFC documents shall consider comments from the Contractor Bidding phase of the project as well as any additional design revisions. • Design Document Optimization. Based on contractor comments during the construction proposal phase and at the direction of the City, the consultant shall modify the project design documents. Modifications to the design documents may include the design drawings, specifications, special provisions, or any other documents associated with the project. This task includes design optimization items only and not items deemed as deficiencies. This task shall be assumed as 100 hours. • Final IFC Sealed and Stamped Set. The consultant shall issue the Issue for Construction design documents for use by the contractor for construction of the project. These documents shall include all drawings, reports, provisions (general or special), specifications, or other items as required to fully construct the project. The IFC documents must be sealed and stamped by a Professional Engineer and a Professional Landscape Architect both licensed in the State of Colorado. Issuance of the IFC drawings shall be a lump sum task. This set shall include electronic and paper copies as required by the City of Greeley.
Issued for Construction Documents. Upon review and approval of the Permit Set, the Design-Builder will be required to construct the Work. The Architect shall provide such additional design services as are requested by the Design-Builder, including, but not limited to, the preparation of more developed construction documents, if requested, and provision of construction administration services.

  • Governing Law; Construction This Agreement and any claim, counterclaim or dispute of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way relating to this Agreement (“Claim”), directly or indirectly, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York. The section headings in this Agreement have been inserted as a matter of convenience of reference and are not a part of this Agreement.

  • Complete Agreement; Construction This Agreement, and the other agreements and documents referred to herein, shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof and shall supersede all previous negotiations, commitments and writings with respect to such subject matter.

  • Governing Law and Construction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of law.

  • Law; Construction This Agreement and any claim, counterclaim or dispute of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way relating to this Agreement (“Claim”), directly or indirectly, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of New York.

  • Certain Constructions (a) For purposes of this Agreement, references to the most or next most subordinate Class of Pooled Regular Certificates outstanding at any time shall mean the most or next most subordinate Class of Pooled Regular Certificates then outstanding as among the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-AB, Class X-A, Class X-B, Class X-D, Class X-F, Class X-G, Class X-H, Class A-S, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J-RR and Class K-RR Certificates; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the most subordinate Class of Pooled Regular Certificates, in the event that the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-AB Certificates are the only Classes of Pooled Principal Balance Certificates outstanding, the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-AB and Class X-A Certificates together will be treated as the most subordinate Class of Pooled Regular Certificates. For purposes of this Agreement, each Class of Certificates (other than the Class S and Class R Certificates) shall be deemed to be outstanding only to the extent its respective Certificate Balance or Notional Amount has not been reduced to zero. For purposes of this Agreement, the Class R Certificates shall be deemed to be outstanding so long as the Trust REMICs have not been terminated pursuant to Section 9.01 of this Agreement. (b) For purposes of this Agreement, except as otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires: (i) the terms defined in this Agreement include the plural as well as the singular, and the use of any gender herein shall be deemed to include the other gender; (ii) references herein to “Articles”, “Sections”, “Subsections”, “Paragraphs” and other subdivisions without reference to a document are to designated Articles, Sections, Subsections, Paragraphs and other subdivisions of this Agreement;
