Common use of Issue of Notes Clause in Contracts

Issue of Notes. the Issuer shall on the agreed Issue Date of the relevant Notes procure the issue of such Notes in the relevant form (subject to amendment and completion) and shall procure their delivery to or to the order of the Relevant Dealer(s);
