Issue of a. Warning Notice is a formal response to the Service Provider for breaching his obligations under the agreement, whereby the Authority could exercise its rights to terminate the agreement. Any persistent failure of the Service Provider without satisfactory justification will lead to termination. On issuing a second Warning Notice within the Term of the agreement, the Authorised Officer will also give Notice that the issue of a further Warning Notice will lead to termination.
