Issue Export Licenses sequentially Clause Samples

Issue Export Licenses sequentially charged against the Export Limit for the relevant Export Limit Period, and reference any notice of the Export Limit allocation for the relevant Export Limit Period. Export Licenses shall remain valid for entry into the United States for 90 days. The Department and the GOM may agree to an extension of the validity of the Export License in extraordinary circumstances.
