Issuance Date. Where required by this part to use a standard form of con- tract in connection with RUS financ- ing, the borrower shall use that form identified by issuance date in the List of Required Contract Forms in para- graph (c) of this section, as most re- cently published as of the date the bor- rower executes the contract.
