Israel Provision. Pursuant to Chapter 2270 of the Texas Government Code, the CONSULTANT verifies by signing this Agreement that the Consultant does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. Any notices and communications required to be given in writing by one party to the other shall be considered as having been given to the addressee on the date the notice or communication is posted by the sending party.
