Common use of ISP-Bound Traffic Clause in Contracts

ISP-Bound Traffic. 7.3.6.1 Subject to the terms of this Section, terminating compensation for ISP- Bound traffic exchanged between CenturyLink and CLEC will be billed pursuant to rates in Exhibit A, without limitation as to the number of minutes of use (MOU) or whether the MOU are generated in "new markets" as that term has been defined by the FCC so long as the ISP for which the call is bound is physically located in the same local calling area as the End User Customer originating the call.
