Common use of Isolated Finds Clause in Contracts

Isolated Finds. In the State of Louisiana, locations of cultural material that are more than 50 years old, but do not meet other qualifications for being recorded as a site will be considered Isolated Finds. Isolated Finds will be described and included in the report of investigations. By their definition, Isolated Finds are not eligible for the NRHP.
