ISO certification. 1The Concessionaire shall, within 6 (six) months from COD, achieve and thereafter maintain throughout the Concession Period, ISO 9001:2000 certification or a substitute thereof for all the facilities at the Bus Terminal, and shall provide a certified copy thereof to the Authority forthwith.
