Common use of ISIN and Common Code Numbers Clause in Contracts

ISIN and Common Code Numbers. Pursuant to a recommendation promulgated by the Committee on Uniform Security Identification Procedures, the Issuers has caused ISIN and Common Code numbers to be printed on the Notes, and the Trustee may use ISIN and Common Code numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders. Any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of the ISIN or Common Code number printed in the notice or on the Notes, and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption or exchange shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers.
