ISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. Should any provision of this Agreement be found to be in violation of any federal or xxxx law by a court of competent jurisdiction, all other provisions of this greement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement. . The Employer agrees to permit representatives of the American Federation of State, ounty and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, access to premises to engage in individual iscussion of working conditions with employees, provided care is exercised by such epresentatives that they do not interfere with the performance of duties assigned to he employees. . No one outside the bargaining unit shall perform work normally done by those mployees within the bargaining unit if the employee who normally performs that work is vailable and able to perform his/her normal work functions. . An employee taking job related courses at an accredited institution may, upon uccessful completion of the course be reimbursed for tuition costs up to the amount xpended if prior approval was given by the Board of Selectmen. . Employees with prior notification to their supervisor shall be granted leave for the urpose of donating blood as presently practiced.

MediCard, its Medical Service Units/Teams and its Accredited Hospitals/Clinics are hereby released from any liability by reason of such disclosure.

No waiver of any right under this Agreement shall be deemed effective unless contained in a written document signed by the Party charged with such waiver, and no waiver of any breach or failure to perform shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other breach or failure to perform or of any other right arising under this Agreement.
