Common use of Irrigation Clause in Contracts

Irrigation. The Town agrees to make available to the District sufficient water to irrigate landscaping on the New Library Site. The District agrees to pay a proportionate share based on irrigated area of the Town's annual Lyons Ditch water share cost and to assume the costs of equipment maintenance, repair or replacement for the irrigation system on the New Library Site as defined by the Site Lease.
