Common use of Invoicing Payment Clause in Contracts

Invoicing Payment. Any invoice issued under this agreement may only take place after (i) the deliverables and Report are issued on the milestone referred to in Annex 2 and (ii) the deliverable has been fully accepted by the instructing party in accordance with the acceptance procedure described in Article 5.
