Invoices for Services. Any fees for any services including, but not limited to, ETC Services provided by VDOT to the Participant upon request or with the agreement of the other party that are not otherwise paid as provided herein, will be invoiced to the other party and paid in compliance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Invoices for Services. On the completion of rendering the services performed by the Consultant hereunder, the Consultant shall provide Balanced with a written invoice detailing the services duly performed. Such invoice shall be paid by Balanced in accordance with Section 1.4 above, subject to the satisfaction of the management of Balanced that the services have been performed, and to the extent performed, that the performance was in a satisfactory manner. The submission of an invoice for the services performed by the Consultant shall be deemed to be a subscription by the Consultant to purchase shares of common stock of Balanced at the price outlined in Section 1.4 above, subject only to the filing and effectiveness of a Registration Statement on Form S-8 covering such shares with the Commission.
Invoices for Services. [Consultant] has provided or shall provide San Xxxxxxxx with written invoices detailing the services duly performed and/or the retainer or flat fee for such services. Such invoices shall be paid by San Xxxxxxxx in accordance with Section 1.4 above. The submission of an invoice for the services performed by [Consultant] shall be deemed to be a subscription to purchase Shares at the price outlined in Section 1.4 above, subject only to the filing and effectiveness of a Registration Statement on Form S-8 covering the Shares with the Commission.
Invoices for Services. The Contractor will submit monthly invoices to the Corporation for payment for the Services rendered in the preceding month. Each invoice shall be based upon work performed by the Contractor to the date of such invoice and/or the deliverables completed. Accompanying each invoice shall be sufficient detail to allow the Corporation to verify the adequacy, accuracy and reasonableness of the charges. Such detail shall include, but not be limited to, the period of time related to such invoice, the Services performed, the name and title of the professional, his/her hours worked and the billing rate. The Contractor shall provide whatever additional information the Corporation reasonably deems necessary, including but not limited to the Purchase Order (“PO”) number.

Such invoice shall be paid by Sanguine in accordance with Section 1.4 above, subject to the satisfaction of the management of Sanguine that the services have been performed, and to the extent performed, that the performance was in a satisfactory manner. The submission of an invoice for the services performed by each of the Consultants shall be deemed to be a subscription by the respective Consultants to purchase shares of common stock of Sanguine at the price outlined in Section 1.4 above, subject only to the filing and effectiveness of a Registration Statement on Form S-8 covering such shares with the Commission.
Invoices for Services. Xx. Xxxxxxxx shall provide Penn-Akron with written invoices detailing the services duly performed and/or the retainer or flat fee for such services. Such invoices shall be paid by Penn-Akron in accordance with Section 1.4 above, subject to the satisfaction of the management of Penn-Akron that the services have been performed, and to the extent performed, that the performance was in a satisfactory manner. The submission of an invoice for the services performed by Xx. Xxxxxxxx shall be deemed to be a subscription to purchase shares of common stock of Penn-Akron at the price outlined in Section 1.4 above, subject only to the filing and effectiveness of a Registration Statement on Form S-8 covering such shares with the Commission.
Invoices for Services. Contractor shall be responsible for preparing and submitting periodic invoices to the District which shall contain, at a minimum, a daily summary of Services performed and the number of hours spent in performing such Services. Each invoice shall clearly reflect remittance information and Contractor’s taxpayer identification number.

Xxxxxxxxxxx shall be deemed to be a subscription to purchase shares of common stock of NPC at the price outlined in Section 1.4 above, subject only to the filing and effectiveness of a Registration Statement on Form S-8 covering such shares with the Commission.
