Invited Guests. Invitations may be sent to Presidents or designates in other Nurse Unions to attend the Annual General Meeting as guests.

Invited Guests. In order to ensure the European dimension of the employees' representation, a representative appointed by the European Federation of Metallurgists (FEM), with a four-year renewable mandate, shall be a permanent guest with a consultative voice in the plenary and preparatory meetings. He shall participate, where necessary, in meetings of the Select Committee (SC) and the Enlarged Select Committee (ESL). He shall be subject to the same rules of confidentiality as the members of the EWC.
Invited Guests. Invited guests can only attend a CC meeting with the approval of all CC members. Agreement must be reached prior to the meeting at which the guest has been invited to attend. Invited guests are noted in meeting minutes.

  • Cooperation with Inspector General Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), Fla. Stat., to cooperate with Florida Housing’s Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that any contracts issued under this Agreement impose this requirement, in writing, on its subcontractors.

  • ENTERTAINERS AND SPORTSPERSONS 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 14, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsperson, from that resident’s personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other Contracting State.

Except as set forth in Part 3.25 of the Disclosure Letter, no Seller or any Related Person of Sellers or of any Acquired Company is a party to any Contract with, or has any claim or right against, any Acquired Company.

  • Visitors Resident will be responsible in all matters regarding this Agreement for the conduct of anyone Resident invites or permits to enter the Residence Facility or its grounds. Any violation of the provisions of this Agreement by such a person will be attributed to Resident and will be grounds for cancellation of this Agreement by College on behalf of Provider, as well as grounds for discipline of Resident by College through its disciplinary process.

  • Communications with Shareholders Any notices, reports, statements, or communications with Shareholders of any kind required under this Declaration, including any such communications with Shareholders or their counsel or other representatives required under Section 9.8 hereof, or otherwise made by the Trust or its agents on behalf of the Trust shall be governed by the provisions pertaining thereto in the Bylaws.

  • Transactions with Related Persons Directly or indirectly enter into any transaction with or for the benefit of a Related Person on terms more favorable to the Related Person than would have been obtainable in an “arms’ length” dealing.
