Invited Guests. The C3 Co-Chairs may, at their discretion, invite experts to attend individual meetings to address specific needs.

Invited Guests. Invited guests can only attend a CC meeting with the approval of all CC members. Agreement must be reached prior to the meeting at which the guest has been invited to attend. Invited guests are noted in meeting minutes.

Invited Guests. The Committee may, from time to time, require experts to attend meetings as presenters, advisers or observers because of their knowledge of a subject, of a sector or as part of another consultation mechanism. The Committee members will agree to such invitations in advance.

Invited Guests. In order to ensure the European dimension of the employees' representation, a representative appointed by the European Federation of Metallurgists (FEM), with a four-year renewable mandate, shall be a permanent guest with a consultative voice in the plenary and preparatory meetings. He shall participate, where necessary, in meetings of the Select Committee (SC) and the Enlarged Select Committee (ESL). He shall be subject to the same rules of confidentiality as the members of the EWC.

Invited Guests. The Chair may invite other relevant stakeholders’ group representatives or subject matter experts to attend the meetings and inform the discussions as required.
