  • TRANSACTIONS WITH OTHER INVESTMENT ADVISERS The Advisor is not an affiliated person of any investment adviser responsible for providing advice with respect to any other series of the Trust, or of any promoter, underwriter, officer, director, member of an advisory board or employee of any other series of the Trust.
