Investment Option. ‘‘Investment Option’’ means the Structured Investment Option, a Segment Type Holding Account, or a Variable Investment Option of a Separate Account.
Investment Option. An option in which you have chosen to invest your Plan assets. An Investment Option is operative when you instruct us to deposit or transfer your assets to it. Each Subaccount of the Variable Account and the Fixed Account, if any, is a separate Investment Option.

Investment Option. (a) If APL Sub at any time determines that it intends not to participate in a Capital Contribution relating to a Growth Capital Project in accordance with the terms of the LLC Agreement, then Optionee shall, so long as permitted under APL’s credit agreement and indentures, give notice of the relevant Capital Contribution to Optionholder (the “Offer Notice”), which Offer Notice will be given with sufficient time for Optionholder to exercise its rights under this Agreement. The Offer Notice will set forth all relevant information with respect to the proposed Capital Contribution, including a description of the Growth Capital Project to which the Capital Contribution relates, the amount of such Capital Contribution, and any other terms and conditions of the proposed Capital Contribution.
Investment Option. One of the available alternatives for crediting investment earnings to a Participant's Account, which shall be based upon the performance of one or a combination of the investment portfolios maintained under the Fund.
Investment Option a. The CAA account shall initially be invested in the investment option selected on the adoption agreement. The timing of the initial investment and all subsequent investments or portfolio changes are at Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Charitable’s discretion
Investment Option. PRG shall have executed and delivered an investment option agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit E hereof.
Investment Option. MANAGER shall at any time within 6 months of the execution of this agreement be entitled to purchase a minimum of 400,000 shares at a price of $0.25 each (total investment $100,000.00).
