Investment Analysis. The duties of the Sub-Advisor shall include: (a) obtaining and evaluating pertinent information about significant developments and economic, statistical and financial data, domestic, foreign or otherwise, whether affecting the economy generally or the Fund, and whether concerning the individual issuers whose securities are included in the Fund or the activities in which such issuers engage, or with respect to securities which the Sub-Advisor considers desirable for inclusion in the Fund's investment portfolio; (b) determining which issuers and securities shall be represented in the Fund's investment portfolio and regularly reporting thereon to the Advisor and, at the request of the Advisor, to the Company's Board of Directors; and (c) formulating and implementing continuing programs for the purchases and sales of the securities of such issuers and regularly reporting thereon to the Advisor and, at the request of the Advisor, to the Company's Board of Directors.
Investment Analysis. The duties of the Subadviser shall include: a. obtaining and evaluating pertinent information about significant developments and economic, statistical and financial data, domestic, foreign or otherwise, whether affecting the economy generally or the Fund, and whether concerning the individual issuers whose securities are included in the Fund or the activities in which such issuers engage, or with respect to securities which the Subadviser considers desirable for inclusion in the Fund's investment portfolio; b. determining which issuers and securities shall be represented in the Fund's investment portfolio and regularly reporting thereon to the Adviser and, at the request of the Adviser, to the Trust's Trustees; and c. formulating and implementing continuing programs for the purchases and sales of the securities of such issuers and regularly reporting thereon to the Adviser and, at the request of the Adviser, to the Trust's Trustees.
Investment Analysis. The duties of the Sub-Advisor shall be limited to the following: (a) obtaining and evaluating pertinent information about significant developments and economic, statistical and financial data, domestic, foreign or otherwise, whether affecting the economy generally or the Fund, and whether concerning the individual issuers whose securities are included in the Fund or the activities in which such issuers engage, or with respect to securities which the Advisor or Sub-Advisor considers desirable for inclusion in the Fund's investment portfolio; and (b) to the extent requested by the Advisor, determining which issuers and securities shall be represented in the Fund's investment portfolio, formulating programs for the purchases and sales of such securities and regularly reporting thereon to the Advisor and, at the request of the Advisor, to the Fund's Board of Directors.

Investment Analysis. Attached hereto as Exhibit G is an analysis of the shareholdings of all persons holding of record at least 2% of the Common Stock of Epigen, on a fully diluted basis, including a listing of the shares, options, warrants and other rights to acquire shares of Common Stock of Epigen and the amounts invested by such persons, or good faith estimates thereof.

Investment Analysis. Shareholder acknowledges and agrees that it has made its own investment analysis in its decision to sell the Shares upon review of whatever sources Shareholder deemed appropriate, reliable and adequate. Shareholder is not relying upon any representation or warranty by the Buyer concerning the existence or absence of material nonpublic information, or other information concerning any business, financial or other information concerning the Company in connection with such sale.
