Investigative services. (a) CorVel shall provide investigative services to include, but not limited to:
Investigative services. The Parties agree to provide additional Investigative Services in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 66.0301 and § 175.47 and in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.
Investigative services. CONTRACTOR shall provide complete investigative and analytical services including, but not limited to: (a) receipt and examination of all reports of accidents, incidents, claims or cases which are or may be the subject of such claims reported by PRINCIPAL to CONTRACTOR; and (b) the investigation of such accidents, incidents, claims or cases where examination warrants such investigation or when requested by PRINCIPAL, such investigation to include on-site investigation, photographs, interviewing of witnesses, determination of losses and other such investigative services necessary to determine liability and loss but not to include Allocated Expenses and extraordinary professional services set forth below. Regarding Allocated Expenses, PRINCIPAL agrees to pay for the cost of all reasonable and supportable extraordinary services and costs, including but not limited to, professional photography, police reports, independent medical examinations, professional engineering services, laboratory services, bulk copy jobs, private investigators, legal costs and fees and work performed by accountants. CONTRACTOR shall charge PRINCIPAL for non-staff investigators or adjusters when, in the opinion of CONTRACTOR, such assistance is necessary and reasonably related to the monetary exposure.

Investigative services. 5.4.1. From time to time, County may request, as an Optional Service, that Contractor determine and document improvements or modifications needed to correct a specific problem or issue that exists. Contractor shall provide such Optional Service upon request by County.
Investigative services. In order to effectuate services, Contractor may be required to investigate certain cases that may include but not be limited to stake outs, in-field locate services, and surveillance. For those instances County shall compensate Contractor on an hourly rate stated in Attachment B. Contractor shall obtain prior approval in writing from County Project Manager prior to providing Investigative Services.
Investigative services. Sergeants who work in the Investigative Services Bureau may be eligible to receive a one-half (1/2) - hour inconvenience bonus for each eight (8) • hour shift on Monday - Friday of which the Sergeant is assigned as the on-call supervisor. In addition, the Sergeant may be eligible for a one (1) - hour inconvenience bonus for each eight (8) • hour shift during which the Sergeant is assigned as the on call supervisor on Saturday, Sunday or a City observed holiday. The inconvenience bonus is limited to eleven (11) - hours per week, excluding City observed holidays. The inconvenience bonus is paid at straight time, and is not considered sweat hours for purposes of calculating overtime. While the Sergeant is the on call supervisor the Sergeant shall be paid for any actual work time per Article 19, Section 8, Call Back, in the applicable bargaining agreement, but shall not receive any other inconvenience bonus, including the call back inconvenience bonus in that Section or in Article 19, Section 9, Standby Time.
