Inventory Plans. MANUFACTURER shall provide TDC its annual inventory plan, updated quarterly to current projections, by the end of the first month of each calendar quarter. The parties shall establish an annual calendar of operations during each preceding December which specifies holidays to be observed, annual inventory dates and any other planned shutdown of regular operations. In connection therewith, unless otherwise agreed, in no event will TDC operations be suspended for more than a maximum of two consecutive workdays.
