Common use of Invalid or Unenforceable Provisions Clause in Contracts

Invalid or Unenforceable Provisions. The provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed severable, and the invalidity or unenforceability of any one or more of the provisions hereof shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions hereof. Participant agrees that the breach or alleged breach by the Corporation of (a) any covenant contained in another agreement (if any) between the Corporation and Participant or (b) any obligation owed to Participant by the Corporation, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the covenants and agreements of Participant set forth herein.

Participant Employee agrees that the breach or alleged breach by the Corporation of (a) any covenant contained in another agreement (if any) between the Corporation and Participant Employee or (b) any obligation owed to Participant Employee by the Corporation, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the covenants and agreements of Participant Employee set forth herein.
