Common use of Introductory Nurse Clause in Contracts

Introductory Nurse. A full-time or part-time Registered Nurse who has been employed by the Medical Center less than ninety (90) calendar days. The introductory period may be extended by the Medical Center for an additional thirty (30) (sixty (60) for recent nursing school graduates) calendar days by written notice to the nurse and the Association.

Introductory Nurse. A full-time or part-time Registered Nurse who has been 12 employed by the Medical Center Hospital less than ninety one hundred eighty (90180) calendar days. The introductory period may be extended by the Medical Center for an additional thirty (30) (sixty (60) for recent nursing school graduates) calendar days by written notice to the nurse and the Association.
