Intra-Group Non Sample Clauses

Intra-Group Non. Trade Payables: (i) in respect of each Seller, if the Intra-Group Non-Trade Payables are greater than the Estimated Intra-Group Non-Trade Payables, that Seller shall repay to the Purchaser an amount equal to the excess; or (ii) in respect of each Seller, if the Intra-Group Non-Trade Payables are less than the Estimated Intra-Group Non-Trade Payables, the Purchaser shall pay to that Seller an additional amount equal to the deficiency.
